Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Prepare and submit accurate tax filings and regulatory compliance documentation
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance accuracy and productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders
