- Manage monthly/quarterly financial statements and ensure UK GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll operations
- Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
- Prepare tax returns and liaise with HMRC
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
- Support M&A transactions and due diligence activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (ACA/ACCA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in UK tax regulations and statutory reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Sage/QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
