Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to handle complex financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, highlighting trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
