Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ portfolio companies
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and optimize internal controls for compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and IRS compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Experience with nonprofit and corporate taxation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
