Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage general ledger operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures with strict attention to deadlines
- Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
