Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 mid-sized clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analyses
- Maintain client relationships with proactive financial advisory
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in client relationship management
