Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Lead audit coordination and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record of improving accounting processes and reducing errors
