Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15+ high-net-worth clients
- Lead month-end closing processes with variance analysis reporting
- Develop tax strategies and oversee compliance filings
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Enterprise and SAP
- Mentor junior accountants through formal training programs
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience with Big 4/Mid-Tier firms
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel Power BI
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Active CPA license in good standing
- Excellent client management and presentation abilities
