Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements across multiple client portfolios
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors for seamless reviews
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with complex formula expertise
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
