Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead internal audit processes and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop customized financial solutions for high-profile clients
- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel (Power Query/Pivot)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and forensic accounting
