Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives for individual and corporate clients
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance on complex accounting matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic financial insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
