Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure SOX compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow optimization
- Lead month-end closing processes with timely submission
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial planning
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (QuickBooks, Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to manage complex financial audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
