As a key member of our finance division, you'll work closely with CFOs and business owners to streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic insights. This 100% remote position offers the perfect blend of autonomy and mentorship within a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) adhering to GAAP standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and month-end closes
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
