Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support tax preparation and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven remote work experience in accounting role
