Responsibilities
- Process and distribute payroll for 200+ employees across multiple clients using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (Nevada NRS Title 42)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate payroll reports for CFOs and HR stakeholders
- Coordinate year-end tax filings (W-2/1099) and audits
- Train clients on payroll systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of Nevada payroll tax laws (NRS 364)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
