Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments accurately
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Generate payroll reports for CFOs and HR departments
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Train clients on payroll system features and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS proficiency
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific payroll laws
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with multi-state tax filing and year-end processing
- Proven ability to manage confidential data with discretion
