Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR with time-off tracking and PTO calculations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and finance teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep understanding of federal/state payroll regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
