Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now platform
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefits deductions across 50 states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding to maintain payroll integrity
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Support year-end tax filings and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication for policy documentation
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
