Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end month-end closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data analysis
- Maintain meticulous financial records and support external audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven ability to work autonomously in remote environments
