Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (FCRA, GLBA, etc.)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across financial operations
- Train staff on regulatory changes and compliance protocols
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy revisions
- Generate comprehensive compliance reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) required
- Expertise in federal/state financial regulations
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience with compliance management software (e.g., LogicGate, RSA Archer)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
