Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone/video calls for remote support
- Open new accounts and promote digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Adhere to strict compliance regulations (AML, BSA, KYC)
- Collaborate with branch teams for seamless service delivery
- Participate in quarterly virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years cash handling experience
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms
- Familiarity with FIS or similar core banking systems
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- NMLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
