Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 99.8% accuracy while maintaining compliance protocols
- Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer service across digital channels
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Train on new fintech systems including our mobile banking platform
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Albuquerque residency required for in-person service days
- Federal banking compliance certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license for occasional branch visits
