Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank statements and process payroll bi-weekly
- Generate monthly financial reports for client review
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and expense tracking
- Prepare tax documents and assist with quarterly filings
- Implement efficient bookkeeping processes for new clients
- Collaborate with CPA teams during audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks certification
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines independently
- Florida residency required for tax compliance
- Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred
