Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process a high volume of incoming invoices to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services.
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and resolve billing inquiries promptly.
- Manage the full AP cycle, including vendor setup, payments, and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly AP aging reports for management review.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial audits.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- Must be a resident of New York (NY residency requirement).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
