Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and payment schedules.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting is a plus.
