Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain updated vendor master data
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize payment cycles and terms
- Execute month-end closing procedures including accruals and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
