- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports efficiently
- Collaborate with tax preparation team during peak seasons
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
