Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and state/federal tax regulations
- Implement and optimize financial systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct reconciliations and variance analysis to identify financial discrepancies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
