Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state tax regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain organized financial documentation using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience (remote preferred)
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with financial reporting software
