As a key member of our accounting department, you will ensure the integrity of our financial data, manage client accounts, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. We value accuracy, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate digital ledgers and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proven proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
