Responsibilities
- Manage monthly/quarterly financial statements and reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare tax documents and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
