Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process accounts payable and receivable with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal controls and financial procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
