As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data entry and adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal tax regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
