Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse client portfolios including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios
- Assist with tax preparation, audits, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and financial planning initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
