Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct financial audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Ensure adherence to federal/state tax regulations and implement tax optimization strategies
- Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
