Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns, ensuring 100% compliance.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with high accuracy.
- Perform internal audits and assist external auditors as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
