Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop advanced quantum error-correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects integrating quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure government and private funding through compelling grant proposals
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent)
- Deep expertise in quantum information theory and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware platforms
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
