Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage attachments, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, FICA, KY state laws)
- Manage year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and audit preparations
- Collaborate with HR on employee data changes and benefits administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Strong understanding of FLSA, garnishment laws, and KY payroll regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
