Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union contributions
- Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLAs
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Support year-end tax filing and W-2 distribution
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of payroll principles (training provided)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidential employee data
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to complete paid certification program
- 0-2 years payroll or finance experience preferred
