Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation across diverse industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in presenting financial insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using Power BI and Tableau for real-time decision support
- Conduct M&A due diligence, valuation analyses, and integration planning for $50M+ transactions
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and SOX requirements while streamlining financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query), SQL, and financial modeling software
- Proven track record of leading complex financial analysis projects with quantifiable impact
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Certification in FRM, CPA, or equivalent analytical designation preferred
