Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on-time using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for 150+ employees
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear, timely solutions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Florida state regulations
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with Florida unemployment insurance processes
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
