Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to forecast trends, identify risks, and recommend actionable business strategies
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation purposes
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing activities and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and M&A activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in Boston's competitive market
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex modeling)
- Expertise in financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and healthcare/tech industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
