Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (CA, FL, NY)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings quarterly/annually
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with HR and finance teams
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Onboard new hires with payroll setup and orientation
- Maintain confidential employee payroll data in SAP SuccessFactors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- Active Professional Payroll Certification (CPP/FPC) preferred
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, CA Labor Code, and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Proven problem-solving skills with audit experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict payroll deadlines
