Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for CA, AZ, and NV
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and deductions
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, CA labor codes, and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error payroll processing
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex payroll scenarios
