Job Summary

As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle payroll operations, ensure data accuracy, and resolve complex payroll discrepancies. You will act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and ensure all filings are submitted correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate tax withholdings, garnishments, and deductions are applied correctly.
  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll tax returns (Form 941, W-2s, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Respond to employee payroll-related questions and troubleshoot issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications
