Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Verify time records, deductions, and tax compliance across all states
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with precision and confidentiality
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Stay updated on FLSA, EDD, and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and data entry accuracy (tested during training)
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (training provided for payroll software)
