Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns (Form 941, 940, state quarterly)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union reporting
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile payroll accounts
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficient in multi-state payroll tax compliance
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table experience
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
