Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for CA and federal requirements
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HRIS systems
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s) and compliance filings
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding payroll needs
- Document all processes and maintain SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and federal tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedule requirements
