Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for diverse employee populations using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations including FLSA and Wisconsin labor laws
- Manage tax filings, year-end W-2 processing, and garnishment payments
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision and discretion
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments for seamless benefits administration
- Implement continuous process improvements using payroll analytics
- Maintain confidential employee records with HIPAA-level security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of Wisconsin payroll tax laws and wage regulations
- Proven track record in balancing accuracy with flexible scheduling demands
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
