Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance data integration with HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Prepare and file payroll tax forms (941, 940, state quarterly reports)
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with timely resolutions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on garnishments, deductions, and benefits administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, CA labor laws, and tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
